You can input your log-in email in the Username field, and your Backlog password in the password field.
We understand that it can be confusing, since the “Username” is actually your email!

Unfortunately, Microsoft products such as Excel and Word cannot be opened in a browser unless they are managed by Office365. You can open text files, images, and PDFs in the browser, and any other files will have to be downloaded. We’re sorry for the inconvenience!
