Hello, I’m connected to an external account.
It’s inconvenient because I can’t freely switch between companies even when I try to check it on the app.
Even when I change companies, I’m still logged in through the web.
Is there a way to fix this?

You can switch between Spaces (organizations) by clicking the Space logo from the top-right corner navigation menu, please see the link below for reference.

I’ve already tried to connect as you said.
It works well with external applications such as safari and chrome.
However, it doesn’t work well with the backlog app.
Even if you try to change it like a video in the app, it will not change.

Thank you for your reply, and for explaining it further. Please note, the video attachment is not accessible here.
Please see the screenshot below explaining how to switch between organizations on the Backlog mobile application. Please open the app, go to More→Settings and click ‘Switch’ to access the Space (organization), the button will then change to ‘Current’ to show which Space you are currently logged into.
