To meet our SLA, we have 4 priority levels (Low, Normal, High, Critical). We currently use a separate Yes/No radio button for Critical. It gets confusing though as users will often leave the priority field set to Normal, then select Yes to Critical. Can Nulab please consider allowing more levels of Priority to be used?

The priority field cannot be customized currently, and this feature is not on the roadmap for development. I apologize for the inconvenience! However, as a workaround, we would recommend creating a custom field to be used in place of the existing Priority field.
You can add the 4 priority levels (Low, Normal, High, Critical) as radio inputs to the custom field. Custom fields can be set as mandatory as well, to ensure that the user fills it out when submitting an issue.
