Enable/disable Priorities, Versions, and Milstones independently

I’d like to set Priorities for issues, but have no need for Milestones or Versions.  I’d like to remove the clutter of these unused fields from the issue entry form.  Right now, I can’t do that without also nuking Priorities, which I’d like to keep.

Can individual radio buttons for each of these features be offered instead of a single “all or nothing” option?  Thanks.
