Failed to add the collaborator error message

I tried to add a team I created as a collaborator to a diagram I created. It says “failed to add the collaborator”. It doesn’t give me any reason why. The users in the team are all active users.

I’m sorry to hear that. That shouldn’t happen, so it’s indeed strange. I’ve informed our Support team to take a look.

We’ve checked your account regarding the issue.
Can you try the following steps?

  1. Reload or refresh your Cacoo diagram in the editor.
  2. If the diagram is in a private folder, can you move it to Home or a shared folder?
  3. Add your team as collaborators via the Share button
