With this Typetalk update, you can now receive notifications in Typetalk whenever you are mentioned in a Backlog project.
Your Backlog mentions will be shown at the Typetalk notifications panel and you can click to go to the Typetalk topic (which is integrated with the Backlog project) to view the message.
How to receive Backlog mention notifications in Typetalk

First, add the Backlog project integration with a Typetalk topic of your choice. See the Integrate Backlog event notifications support article for the steps.

Next, visit your Typetalk settings > Notifications, and enable the checkbox for “Receive notifications for mentions in integrated apps”.
Note:
- This integration is not available to Backlog Classic plan users.
- Only Administrators and Project Administrators of the integrated Backlog project can manage the integration in Typetalk.
