I am currently managing multiple projects within Backlog, some of which are related and some resources are shared. I would like to inquire about the following functionalities:
- Gantt Chart Across Multiple Projects:
- Is there a way to view a Gantt chart that consolidates tasks across multiple projects
- If not available natively, are there any recommended workarounds or integrations to achieve this?
- Task Assignments Across Projects:
- Is it possible to see all tasks assigned to a specific person across different projects in a single view?
- Are there any filtering options or reports available to track an individual’s workload across multiple projects?
I would appreciate any guidance or suggestions you can provide regarding these features.

The Personal Gantt chart can be used to view user’s issues across multiple Projects in Backlog, please see the link below for reference.

To check other members’ Personal Gantt Chart across Projects you can search for the member from your Dashboard, or click on their icon for e.g. in a comment. Please see the link and screenshot below.
As for searching issues across all Projects, you can use the ‘Find issues’ feature, filters like ‘Assignee’ are available, please see the link explaining the feature below.
