Change of Webhook IP address

As part of a configuration change to improve Backlog’s service, Nulab will be changing the global IP address of the server that sends the Backlog webhook.

Due to this change, it may be necessary to change the settings on your webhook receiving servers.

We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask for your kind understanding in this matter.

* The webhook function in Backlog is under project settings for integrations. When there are events such as “Add Issue” or “Comment added on Issue” occurring in the project, the webhook will send information (using HTTP POST) to the receiving server URL in real-time.

Note: This change does not cover Git Webhooks.
