Is it on the roadmap, or maybe I’m not seeing it, where reminder notifications can be sent out to users if they have a task assigned to them they have not yet looked at? We have some issues where they are assigned, and even reminder comments are added by staff manually, and users are not always checking in on their assigned tasks. It may be that they have not subscribed to notifications, however we would like the ability to push reminder emails periodically.

We do not have a feature for issue reminders at this time. However, administrators can enable or disable users’ email settings from the space settings. This will overwrite the user’s personal email settings.
- Go to Space Settings.
- Select User in the User Settings section (left-hand panel).
- Select the specific user whom you wish to manage from the list of users.
- Check Receive emails to ensure the user receives your emails and reports.
In addition, please make sure you are using the Notify comment to: field when adding reminder comments manually so that the user is receiving notifications!
