## Using Machine Learning to Imitate Human Behaviour in Betting
by Admond Lee, Data Scientist at Micron

It’s often said that there are nine losses out of ten bets. In this talk, Admond will share his experience of building a machine learning model using XGBoost to imitate players’ behaviour and some of the interesting results to profit from betting based on intuitive model interpretability.

## An Introduction to Explainable Machine Learning
by Ong Ming Lun, a Graduate Research Student at the National University of Singapore

State-of-the-art Machine Learning models have become immensely popular over the last few years. However, due to their complexity, they are often regarded as black-boxes. In this presentation, Ming Lun will put forward a case for Explainability to better understand Machine Learning models, creating an understanding that better aligns with human intuition.
