Throughout the workday, we receive a lot of Mentions (notifications) in Typetalk. And we often need to recall them later on.
With the new Mention Filter feature, you can find messages faster — all you have to remember is who sent them.
How to use the Mention Filter
To filter your mentions by the sender:
- Open the notification list.
- Click Filter by user.
- Enter the account name you want to filter by.
- Select the account.
All topic members of the organization you’re logged into will be available to choose from.
