Do you know that you can log in to your Nulab account using fingerprints or facial recognition?
This means that whenever you want to use Nulab products — Backlog, Cacoo, and Typetalk — you can simply use fingerprints/facial recognition via your supported device to log in.
For example, when logging in to Backlog, you can hold your finger to the Touch ID sensor of your device instead of entering your password.
Biometric authentication is convenient; saving you the time/hassle of entering your password.
To set up, check out the Nulab account support guide on Biometric Authentication Setup.
- List of supported browsers and devices
- Note: Biometric authentication only works on the supported device (and browser) which you are using to log in. For example, if you want to log in and use Cacoo/Backlog on your laptop, you have to use your laptop’s ID sensor for authentication, you cannot use your mobile phone’s ID sensor.
