Do you know that you can log in to your Nulab account using fingerprints or facial recognition?
This means that whenever you want to use Nulab products β Backlog, Cacoo, and Typetalk β you can simply use fingerprints/facial recognition via your supported device to log in.
For example, when logging in to Backlog, you can hold your finger to the Touch ID sensor of your device instead of entering your password.
Biometric authentication is convenient; saving you the time/hassle of entering your password. (If you have enabled 2FA, you also skip that with biometric login.)
To set up, check out the Nulab account support guide on Biometric Authentication Setup.
More information:
- List of supported browsers and devices
- Note: Biometric authentication only works on the supported device (and browser) which you are using to log in. For example, if you are logging in on your laptop, you have to use your laptopβs ID sensor for authentication, you cannot use another deviceβs ID sensor (e.g. your mobile phone).
