πŸ’‘ Tip: Log in to Nulab products using biometric authentication (fingerprint, Touch ID, etc)

Do you know that you can log in to your Nulab account using fingerprints or facial recognition?

This means that whenever you want to use Nulab products β€” Backlog, Cacoo, and Typetalk β€” you can simply use fingerprints/facial recognition via your supported device to log in.

Backlog biometric login

For example, when logging in to Backlog, you can hold your finger to the Touch ID sensor of your device instead of entering your password.

Biometric authentication is convenient; saving you the time/hassle of entering your password. (If you have enabled 2FA, you also skip that with biometric login.)

To set up, check out the Nulab account support guide on Biometric Authentication Setup.

If you want to log into your Cacoo account using biometric login, at the initial login screen, please click on Sign in with Security Device.

Note: if you have enabled 2FA (two-factor authentication) for your Nulab account, biometric login allows you to skip it, so the login process is smoother and as secure too.
